David Walliams dropped by longtime publisher.
Acclaimed young adult author and comedian David Walliams is no longer with his UK book publisher, according to an announcement.
A spokesman for the publisher stated: "After careful consideration, and following the appointment of its fresh leadership, HarperCollins UK will not be releasing additional books by David Walliams."
Reports indicate that the decision was reached following an investigation into claims about conduct deemed unsuitable directed at female individuals.
The company did not confirm the reasons for its decision, noting: "It is not our policy to discuss confidential company decisions."
An Illustrious Publishing History

He has published in excess of 40 works in total, including a Christmas book titled *Santa & Son*, which was released through HarperCollins in October.
A Dual Career
His career breakthrough occurred on the television comedy show *Little Britain* and has additionally received National Television Awards for his duties as an arbiter on *Britain's Got Talent*.
He was made an OBE in 2017 in recognition of his work for philanthropic and artistic endeavors.
The publisher's decision comes after the naming of Kate Elton as HarperCollins UK's recent CEO in October.
