St Ives is the ideal location for a sea shanty weekend. Participants will be taught historic sailing songs from a experienced musician, and have a go at composing original ones. All meals are included, including a Cornish cream tea on arrival, breakfast options, lunches to go and evening meals. Grog, alas, is not included. Author and tutor an experienced instructor conducts the regular sessions on this writing retreat. He covers everything from plot, characters, locations and suspense, to submitting work to publishers.
